We started this business because we wanted to provide pet owners with an easy and affordable way to find high-quality clothing and accessories for their pets. We believe that every pet deserves to look and feel their best, whether they're out for a walk in the park, lounging at home or attending a special event. As our business grew, we realized that many pet owners wanted personalized items for their pets.
That's why we now offer digital print on demand items and embroidering, so you can create unique and one-of-a-kind designs for your furry friend. Cheer on your favourite sports team during the playoffs or celebrate a milestone. Cartoon-ize or turn your pet into an avatar for print. The possibilities are endless! Whether you want to add your pet's name, a favourite quote or a special design for any occasion, we've got you covered.
With our modernized high quality full colour prints, your designs come out brighter. Our garment prints have a soft satin finish with great stretch and rebound and exceeds industry standards for durability.
Our UV Digital printing is a highly flexible printing technique we use to customize your accessories with any logo or design. Unlike many who customize your accessories with vinyl sticker created with a similar machine like a cricut, our prints are printed off state of the art machines that have a UV protective coating and are durable and resistant to scratch and wear over time.
What are your product sizing details?
Our items fit smaller than standard North American Pet Store sizes. Please measure your pet and refer to the size chart of each particular style. Every style fits differently so it is important to know your pet's measurements in order to get a better idea of clothing fitment (measure according to diagram at bottom of chart).
How do I order?
FOR DIGITAL PRINTING ON GARMENT OR ACCESSORIES:
- First select an item under our PupstreetPOD heading
- For clothing, measure your pet's chest circumference under the front legs and then refer to the size chart of that particular style for proper fitment (if your pet is inbetween sizes, select the bigger size)
- Select the size according to your pet's chest circumference
- Select the colour of the item you want to purchase
- Select the quantity you want for that one particular design
- Press the CUSTOMIZE tab which will bring you to the design page
- Select the item colour you want to preview your design on, on the left hand side
- Upload your design or select from a list of designs in our CLIPART tab
- Adjust the sizing of the design on the item until you are satisfied with the look
- Select Add to Cart
FOR EMBROIDERY ON GARMENT:
- First select your item under the PupstreetPOD heading
- Measure your pet's chest circumference under the front legs and then refer to the size chart of that particular style for proper fitment (if your pet is inbetween sizes, select the bigger size)
- Select the size according to your pet's chest circumference
- Select the colour of the item you want to purchase
- Select the quantiy you want for that one particular design
- Press the CUSTOMIZE tab which will bring you to the design page
- Select the colour of the item you want to preview your design on, on the left hand side
- Type in the word(s) you would like embroidered and press "add text"
- Click on the word(s) and adjust the size on the item accordingly
- Select the colour you want for the font
- Select the style of font you want for the embroidery and readjust the size if necessary

How long will my custom order take to ship out?
Please allow 1-3 business days processing time. To speed up the processing time, please check your emails for correspondence from us to confirm your order and design.
Will I be able to exchange or refund my custom order?
Due to the custom nature, there will be absolutely no exchanges or refunds. Please ensure you have measured your pet properly for garment items. if you are unsure of sizing, please contact us at pupstreetwear@gmail.com or through our chat app and one of our knowledgeable representatives can assist you in determining size for your pet. Please note our clothing fits smaller than standard North American pet store sizes so it is important to refer to the size chart of each style. Every style fits differently. Please allow 1-3cm variation for adjustments during printing.
ART REQUIREMENTS:
Please follow the instructions below:
- Acceptable file types: PNG file submitted through our design app
- Other acceptable file types that can be emailed to us: AI, PSD, JPG
- Send your artwork in CMYK format at 300dpi or greater
- Send your artwork at the approximate size you want it printed. If you are unsure of the size, we can print according to the submitted design through our design app
- Please remove background if you do not wish to have it printed. We will not remove backgrounds and will print the file as submitted
ARTWORK HELP
Convert your art to CMYK:
Free online converter: https://www.rgb2cmyk.org/
Instructions:
- Upload your file
- Select TIFF for output
- Select GRACoL2006 Coated1 V2 for CMYK profile
- The file will be converted and you will see a preview of the new file.
- Download new file.
Resize and optimize your image:
Free online tool: https://imageresizer.com/
Instructions:
- Upload your image.
- If your image needs to be cropped, change the width, height, and position of the crop box to fit your artwork (without cutting the design), and select “crop”
- If you wish to rotate your image, choose the direction of rotation.
- To resize your file, make sure “Keep Aspect Ratio” and “No Fill” are selected, and put the dimensions of your image in pixels (1 inch = 300 pixels). Make sure when resizing, your image fits within the dimensions given on the order sheet.
- If you need to remove your background, type the color of your current background (in RGB or Hex) in the corresponding box and make sure that box is selected.
- Select PNG.
- If your image is less than 1024 x 1024 pixels (3.4″ x 3.4″ inches), select “Lossless compression.” Otherwise, choose Default compression.
- Select “Resize Image” and download the new file.
